What a joke!!! Went there to buy a beautiful shirt--- the cashier did not even look up to me- after the system charged me the wrong amount as to the price tag....She was angry that I corrected her.The card machine does not tap-- but she made it very clear not to tap to insert...Wow I WILL NEVER shop there again and what a pity, love their clothes.

Worst customer service at Centurion. They couldn’t assist me because i had no original slip. Waited for an hour to be assisted, and then some lady and some guy said they will call me to come back because blah blah. Anyway it’s a week later no one called me. I went to menlyn for an exchange, still had no slip, i was assisted in 5 minutes. Centurion H&M think they are doing us a favor, the lack of enthusiasm in the staff yoh!

There’s a light skinned guy who works here, no personal attacks but he needs to be employed by Mr price, the guy when he assists you he looks bored, never bothers to greet, just like the ladies at Mr price Centurion. Anyway the their products are genuinely good. Needs touch ups with staff customer service attitude.

What a super friendly store! Wow. Blown away by their kindness and willingness to help. Even the two security guards helped find the correct sizes. Wished I lived closer to the store so I could visit more often
