Great service and excellent flower arrangements for all occasions

I received a bouquet not even an arrangement for my birthday, yesterday. And when my husband whom is away asked about it andtold me the price - I was disappointed.I have seen better for for R560 !!

Good dayMy husband and myself were very disappointed. He ordered 2 arrangements. The flowers were mixed with old ones..The vase was to small for the flowers.. The one arrangement had much more flowers than the other and it cost the same price.I had to throw away some of the flowers.

Not a special occasion.The amount on the invoice presented before payment WAS not the amount charged to my account.During correspondence with them, they continually disregard this.I went through the whole process to check what the amount to be paid was, and only when the amount was presented in an invoice, I proceded with the transaction.

Great for flower events.. weddings, funerals, high tea, whatever the occasion. Even if you want to surprise your loved one with a bunch of beautiful flowers.. Special Occasions is the place.

Such bad service from these people. The first time we ordered from them - service was great. The second time they never delivered on time. So we forgave them, only because they brought an extra and I may say a beautiful bouquet, to apologize, the next day when they delivered. This time round they pitched up at 10pm at night, the order was placed more than a week before. Needless to say, no one was available to receive flowers at 10pm at night. Then they delivered at 11 am the next morning, the same flowers which should have been delivered early the previous day, which by then were half dead and I had to bin them. No apologies.We will never use them again. It was not the only delivery that had been planned for that day, if others can get it right, why no Special Occasions? Really guys, pull up your socks!
