RJ Appliance Fix

Thank you Mr Francis for your excellent services. A few months ago I had my Dishwasher repaired with your Co. N now I had my Microwave repaired, was impressed with your quick response on both occasions in collecting the items n getting them fixed n delivered. Its so good to know you value your clients n its not about just making money. Please keep up your excellent services n once again thank you.

I will not be making use of this companies services again. The owner was rude arrogant and would not listen to reason. My experience is as follows. I asked the company to come and take a look at my stove top on which they did, very promptly and during the visit was very kind (obviously to elicit business) they then needed to take my oven top away for repairs which I agreed and so they did. After 1 week the owner sent us a video of the an oven top that seemed to have been working and advised that payment in FULL for the repair should be made before return of my oven top, i then called the owner to enquire if this is standard practice, I tried to speak to the owner who was blatantly rude and also accused me of not wanting to make payment for the oven top repair.Herein lies my problem.Firstly the owner was terribly rude and did not want to listen to reason. I tried to explain to him that anyone that does repairs for any hardware at an owners site should know that the owners know the risk of the repair company knowing the address of the customer and would then be liable for the payment. I’ve dealt with many vendors that do repairs for equipment (pool pumps, garage and gate motors) and all payments are down when the equipment is installed and confirmed working by both parties. He was not interested.Secondly accusing a customer of not wanting to make payment (or run away) is very unprofessional and does not warrant any merit as the company has my asset and could go to the police if I don’t pay.I immediately made payment to the company and my stove top was delivered illustrating the point that payment was not an issue.Thirdly what guarantee do I have as the customer that the stove top in the video is indeed mine?I have never heard of a customer paying for services rendered before the actual repair is confirmed. I will NOT be using this company again for the simple fact of the accusation and the owner being a rude, arrogant person.The main plate of the stove is also not screwed on correctly, I would not recommend this companyFor a benchmark I called 6 others companies to confirm if they operate in this fashion and the answer was NO.

Excellent service, responded to my call promptly, appliance was collected Monday afternoon, Monday evening repair quote received, and Tuesday afternoon appliance returned, installed and in working order. Prices reasonable, friendly service, definately will recommend RJ Appliance Fix!
