Cool bunch of guys that are ever ready to help. Great work ethic - took their time in setting up my bike correctly and giving advice regarding equipment and Fit. Johan, from the partner shop, Absolute Motion assisted with a bike fit and is a truly knowledgeable and friendly guy.

I have found them very helpful with my Silverback E-MTB. Callan himself has gone out of his way to help me with the Shimano computer on my ebike. Besides changing the crankset Callan also reset the motor computer. They were also very quick with replacing my derailleur when I hit a stick and broke it.I strongly encourage anyone in the Hilton, Howick area to see Callan's as their bike shop!

Just taken delivery of my new Trek Top Fuel 9.8My first Trek. Purchasing decision was a combination of a good price, flexibility in tailoring the bike to my requirements, and a great group of people working at CBT.So far very happy with the bike. Light, responsive, and comfortable.

Hi guys, thanks for the great setup, very happy with the drivetrain upgrade, pricing was as competitive as any other of the SA online stores, the difference being the personal touch of any additional tweaks that needed to be done to the bike and related comments. Only complaint being of the Lefty that needed to be brought back to the shop for additional maintenance , I think due to over bookings or too busy, but sorted in end. Looking forward to checking out your new shop. Cheers. Roy

Callan has loads of experience and is always a pleasure to deal with. My bikes are always serviced timeously and at a reasonable rate. He always communicates costs prior to servicing so no unexpected shocks when you get your bike back! Wouldn't take my bikes anywhere else.

After buying my new Trek Fuel EX5 9 months ago, it is still rock solid. The custom built wheels are still true as the day i got it. This bike eats up some of the roughest terrain in KZN. After nearly a 1000km it still makes me want to go and ride. Very skilled and knowledgeable staff make this one of the best Trek dealers in KZN.
