They hold most parts and a good selection you would need in a hurry which is good if you can fit it yourself. otherwise you maybe looking at some downtime waiting for a spot for them to fit it even a 2 second job (that is why they lost out on a 5 star rating not a major problem).overall it is a good store staff that know what they are talking about and friendly enough and if they cant help you there other store usually can.

I dont normally do reviews, but these guys are legends! Have helped me out on several occasions and even gave me a freebie here and there. The latest was a spare spacer for my trimmer, not much I know but just the willingness to help a customer out goes a long way.Will definitely be shopping here for my garden needs in future. Keep it up!

Had work done on a few mowers over time, cant complain with repairs, but a bit $$$ and last time was a big turnaround getting mower back , 2/3 weeks.

My wife went down to buy an attachment for my Bushranger for my birthday. I assume the owner stopped what he was doing when the assistant called, looked up the owner details on computer, and then made sure she had the right part. All with a smile. Fantastic service!

A business that really gives good service. Better than I receive from any other shop. I refer specially to the Kelvin Rd branch and organiser Barbara. The Kelmscott branch also stripped an obsolete mower for me to be provided with a rare spare - at minimum cost.
