The quality has decreased dramatically in the last year or so. Maybe its new management or different kitchen staff but the food has taken a turn for the worst. The chicken is dry and half burned. The chimichanga was like a fat cake with overcooked steak. No flavour. Disappointing.

Really disappointing ... the burger combo with chips and a buddy and churros seemed like the perfect meal for my child to order ... The burger was good, as was the chips! However the badly burnt churros put a damper on the meal. It was hard and inedible...and there was no sauce to disguise the charred effect.In what universe is

Food was cold,had too little flavour(sauce and way too much mayo..the chips were good and the staff and atmosphere were welcoming but I was far from impressed by the meal

The longest I ever had to wait for my food to be delivered. The guy had a million stops to make before dropping my food off. Why not get more drivers on Friday and Saturday nights? You can do better Mochachos!

Wow, I'm actually appalled at the quality of the food from this outlet. We ordered 2 extra hot chicken burgers, one with cheese. The one burger wasn't even mild in the way that there was no flavour and no cheese was added, while the one that was extra hot (or had a sticker that said so), was completelyovercooked and dry. I think they gave us someone else's old order because the tomato and lettuce were soggy and even smelled off. The chips were dry and stale.Its pathetic!

If I could rate a 0 I wouldSo I ordered a steak roll and wedges on the Mr D app. They sent me a steak burger that was over cooked and with wedges that look like they're a week old. Chips weren't spiced and not crispy at all. I Will not order from here again.

Decided to grab a mochachos burger after ages. Ordered 2 mochachos burgers and some chicken straps and chips and chicken livers. The chips were not fresh, burgers dry and had no flavour. Chicken livers were not edible. Chicken strips were not bad but still not the best I've had from Mochachos

Food was really good. Service could do with more smiles or something, felt like it was a task for us to be there. Food was good though

Northcliff branch do not meet the standards of other machachos. Food is always cold and their extra hot is always mild their schawmars always has more sauce and garnish than meet. I don't like that they serve it in a polystyrene container and not the normal machacho wrapper
