Ordered a chili cheese meal. The burger patty was cold, the chips were scarce and cold, as if they were sitting there a while. Bad customer service. Won't go there again.

We made an order tonight just after 7 o'clock, when it arrived it was incomplete. I told the delivery guy that I am not going to pay for an incomplete order besides his persistence. He said he'd return. 1h30 mins later we're still waiting. I've never been more disgusted. He obviously went home and ate our food.

Extreamly poor service from @steers on 59 shepstone road, New Germany. They purposely left out items that were ordered and after several tries of getting through to their store telephone, staff place you on hold and then drop the call. Even after driving to the store to fetch the items that were not delivered, staff were being rude and vulgar and refused to assist. Would not recommend!!!

Friendly service over phone.Order confirmed via SMS with a link to the detail.Correct order delivered.Reasonable delivery fee and did not wait too long in spite of weather. I'll use their delivery service again.
