Moroccan House

What an amazing experience! Everything was perfect, from the beautiful, colourful décor and flowers, to the delicious, plentiful food. Our host, Joehan, was welcoming, interesting and friendly and Desire was attentive and helpful!Sure we will see you soon again.Ralph

My husband and I spend one night at the Moroccan House. It was a FABULOUS experience!! Richard was friendly, helpful and a great host. Every detail was a delight, from the décor to the mint tea. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely go back for another treat!

The moment you enter the gate, you are welcomed into a new Maroccan land with flavors, smells, colors, and lights that make you forget the world outside. We had a function and then stayed overnight. It was a truly awesome experience. The special touches with big bunches of bright flowers and fruit bowls with delicious fruit made it extra special. Service was exceptional by the owner himself.

This was truly so much more than just a meal. It was an experience, tantalising all the senses and transporting you to a different place. Joehan, the host was wonderful taking us through the culture and habits as well as the practices and traditions. He was entertaining and informative. A great experience all and all and we will surely be back. It was a wonderful experience for my two girls too! Keep it up!

Relaxed atmosphere with great Moroccan food served in original Moroccan dishes. The host is entertaining and happy to please. They have stunning authentic Moroccan tableware and memorabilia in theor shop.

This was our first visit and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. Was greeted at the entrance by our lovely host who washed our hands with warm rose water. This was a nice change from the normal sanitizer. When she heard it is our first visit, she took us on a tour, showing us the lovely rooms for the guest house, the function venue and the shop. We shopped around for hanging lights and was given useful advise. When we left after our shopping it really felt as if we were away at an exotic place. There is good variety of lights and ceramics and other lovely household items. Top on my list for exotic shopping. Will definitely attend one of the theme night dinners.

Once in a lifetime experience - superb cuisine and excellent service! At Moroccan House you have to pace and portion yourself with the food - so much to eat and flavours galore - the different tastes and colours of the food in this beautiful setting are exquisite! Complementing this experience is the deli and shop where you can buy authentic Moroccan products, furniture, light fittings etc.

We went to one of the occasional Moroccan-themed dinners held here. Booking in advance is required. It was absolutely incredible! The food and drink was excellent, the belly-dancing entertainer was great, and the staff were very friendly and full of interesting information about the venue.
