Good car service at a reasonable price. Friendly staff. Area doesn't feel the safest though.

Fantastic experience and my car look as good as new at a lower cost than any of the other brand name places (relatively major body work, spray and service of a Toyota). They did things in a day that the official dealer down the road wasn't able to do over years of official services. They checked my car in immediately without an appointment, drove me around, kept me in the loop as they discovered more things the car needed (which I appreciate), sent the invoice quick. The car interior wasn't full of grease marks as it often is and then I still got a follow up call the next day. Thanks Pierre. Won't be servicing at the official dealer again.

Prompt in assessing my vehicle to give a quote, I had to call every day to hear when they are going to send the quote, to this day, I haven't received a quote. Their service is utterly bad in my experience and very unprofessional.

Caltex Boland Service Center thru Petrol in my Wife'sAudi Diesel car She drove off and the car startedTo act up at this point she did not know of the Misfuel... Diesel was verry low beforeShe fueled up..... Then Caltex took the Car to Boland Motors i was told they will test the injector as the diagnostic report shown there is a problem. Long story short i received the car and they only removed the mixed fuel replaced the diesel filter when i collected the car i realised it struggled to start, on my way home i stoped at a shop and it was even worse ..... We did not drive the car as i did not feel it's safe for my wife to drive she might have a breakdown in an unsafe area i spoke to the owner Boland Motors and Caltex and explaned my concerns. I took the car to Udel Stellenbosch Via Loadbed to learn that the Car i was told was safe to drive still had Petrol in the fuel and a R 98 000 bill for damage. It's been a month now with out Our Car Caltex Insurance is dealing with it still waiting for feedback as promised almost a week ago.Supper disappointed

I service one of my vehicles there for over two years and never had any issues. It is an Isuzu, so you mileage may vary.Good service at a descent price.
