The was an insightful experience with a 15 minute presentation and some ice tea tasting! I was astounded by the amount of products variations. The prices are extremely reasonable and the staff are friendly

Informative video introduction, decent rooibos tasting and attentive staff unless you would like to get something light to eat then you get completely and totally ignored no matter how far you travel to get there. They had bean soup and farmers bread advertised but it's impossible to actually get anything other than what's on the shelf. Any attempt to get somebody's attention is fruitless as they seem very skilled at ignoring customer's requests, or even acknowledging their presence. A massive disappointment after a lengthy trip.

Closed. No Rooibos tasting anymore. Ever. (According to security). Only at Rooibos huis, (which is also closed), even though it is peak holiday season. Very disappointed.

They offer a video of the manufacturing process which is about 10 mins long and have almost a museum of different Rooibos tea packaging. There is also a shop with everything from Rooibos tea bags to Rooibos infused beauty products and healthy snack bars. The chocolate and fudge was sadly sold out.The prices here are much better than in the shops or at the Rooibos Tea House.
