Awesome service from team in Umhlanga. Thank you for always going the extra mile to accommodate us - even opening store over December holidays so that we could collect. We are extremely happy with excellent workmanship of furniture purchased to date.

A Quality Product Made Perfectly. We gave them custom fabric and the chair turned out great. Wait time is long but as it's a custom piece you can understand. Took about 8 weeks which is on the lower side of what we expected so we were happy. Would have liked a little more communication about progress but other than that its worth the investment.

Purchased a custom design desk a year ago and still as beautiful as the day of delivery. If you are looking for quality and craftsmanship, look on further.Homewood accommodated all of my very particular design requirements, including the ability to disassemble the desk. Very happy to report that this worked extremely well during my recent move.Can also highly recommend the Imbiza chair, appealing design and very comfortable.

Overall a pleasant experience working with Homewood.Homewood Umhlanga is the nearest showroom to us, which we visited for the first time in July.The sales team were very enthusiastic and quite informative on the furniture, different woods and their finishes, and also what suited our needs.The only challenge we had, was getting the proforma invoice details correct. That was a tiny bit frustrating, as they were having a promotion of 20% on the Amanzi collection at the time, and the details on the proforma had to be checked against the initial prices quoted to us. (keep in mind prices quoted are excluding tax). When questioned, we were told that they don't offer discounts over 15% , but that was not the problem, there was an item that was incorrectly priced on the proforma. Thankfully, the sales manager finally understood what the problem was after I found it and pointed it out, and after a amendments to the invoice we were happy to proceed with our order.They do a have a standard lead time, which we were informed about; they promise quality and not time. It was definitely worth the wait! We received our order after 14-15 weeks. The furniture was in perfect condition, and very well packaged and wrapped.Love our items purchased from Homewood; Timeless, LOCALLY handcrafted, sustainable solid wood furniture. What's not to love.

Beautiful furniture, kind staff in store - terrible customer service from there on in. R30000 worth of furniture dumped and scuffed in my driveway with little to no care. When I nicely complained about it no one was even interested in apologizing. Chairs are also super uncomfortable so the experience has been bad all around. Writing this review because they don't respond when messaged privately.

We've used Homewood for a few customised items for our home Initially a plasma unit - it's still one of my favourite pieces. The workmanship is excellent. Then they did a big project with building a wine room for my husband -it's his pride and joy. The addition of cedar in the racks gives such a lovely fragrance each time we open the door

Absolutely beautiful furniture I saw there. Still to buy but hopefully soon. Vita was very friendly and helpful with very useful knowledge. Good stuff.
