The Cadii Shop

WoW, I'm impressed with the efficient and excellent customer service rendered. Bought 2x cadii' on 15 March March 2022 and they were delivered before end of 17 March 2022 (2 days online purchase turn-around time). Well assembed I must mention. Thanks Cadii Centurion

I bought a plastic handle from them. They we able to make it available within 3 days. They have all Cadii parts.

What a seamless experience! I placed my order on Wednesday morning, recieved regular updates from Warren at the cadii-shop until my order was in the hands of the courier company, thereafter receiving updates from the courier company until my order was delivered early on Friday morning. I will definitely recommend the cadii - shop to anyoneanyone

I placed an order for a PINK(baby pink) pull- out handle and clips, only to receive DARK PINK ones. On the 14th Feb 2023, I called the shop and spoke to Courtney. She told me that they don't manufacture my requested colour which I ordered fro their website, and that it has been over a year. My argument was that if they told me before sending me the wrong colour I could have cancelled the order. Courtney is adament that the colour I want is not on their website, which it is even now. She told me that I need to pay courier fees for the returning of the goods and also the sending of the new colour. I did courier it back but this is not right.

From experience, initial communication didn't exist, and response was delayed... But after a complaint they have delivered in good time.... and kept in touch.... one would expect a shop" but it should be labelled as a distribution point... As you collect the item outside.. item received in good order.."
