Ballito agencies had been very helpful throughout the whole process. Everything was well organized.We stayed in The Boulders 304 and I will always go back there. Perfect 180 degree sea views. Great views on the rocks in front of the unit as well as on “the granny pool” (A natural sea pool that only forms during high tide.) Also well located to see dolphins playing. Nice balcony with a patio set and view onto the swimming pool in the complex.Unit has 3 bedrooms with main en-suite and the other two have 2 single beds each.Big open plan kitchen and big lounge that opens onto the balcony.The unit is also stocked with just about anything that you will possibly need. (It even has measuring spoons and cups).The unit made us forget about lockdown and the fact that the beaches were closed. We could spend the days on the balcony and still enjoy so much of the ocean.The location is also great for people who love fishing as the garden gate is literally 2 meters from the entrance to the rocks. You can’t get any closer than that!

Check-in was at 14:00, we got to our room at 14:45 and the room was not cleaned and we were expected to wait an additional 30 minutes. Bad attitude from cleaning staff and Ballito agency agent. Very disappointing

My first time experience with Ballito Agencies and Candice helped me every step of the way. They gave me a warm welcome when I came to the office to fetch the keys. The unit was well prepared and we really enjoyed our stay. Big ups for the great work

The place was peaceful with resources near to the residence. Candice, the resident caretaker and neighbor were very friendly.. I did have a few minor issues and a few things that could be implemented better however these were resolved in a timely manner via the owner, who showed alot of concern and professionalism when addressing and resolving these issues. Thank you.

I have been dealing with the Ballito Agencies for years and they have never let me down. Spent a week in Ballito towards the end of September 2022 and they were quick to resolve the minor issues we had. Cleaning lady was friendly and pleasant.

Unfortunately these guys have not moved with the times. And run a very poor show. I have had my flat hosted for many years only to be told by the owner that they cant complete with the likes of Air BnB. Many of my guests were unhappy about them. And as a host I found them to be cloudy on why a lot of their guests cancelled. I recommend everyone goes onto the Internet to look for places in Ballito. You will get a lot better experience.

Ballito Agencies offer a very professional service. They are highly responsive and strive to meet one's needs and requests. They are consistent in their warmth and friendliness.The unit was spacious, and clean, and offered many amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It offered incredible views of the ocean. We really enjoyed having a courtyard and patio on which to unwind.

We have had incredible good experiences booking through Ballito Agencies, we have booked properties through them several times. If ever there was a problem or inconvenience during our stay, they followed up quickly and made sure that it was attended to. Very happy with their service.
