not good experience, me and my friends were looking at teddy bears for valentines. and a worker comes and stares at us with her hands on her hips and asks us if we going to buy anything with a rude tone, and judging us because we are teenagers

I will never deal with this company again. All my Annual christmas shopping will now be done elsewhere. Very dissapointed in how unproffesional they did Black Friday with their online disaster of an attempt to play with the Big boys. But every cloud has a silver lining where I exclusively did my shopping at Toys R Us every year i have now seen there are so many other, better, cheaper, proffesional companies out there and i have to wonder why have i not seen them before. Anyway you will NEVER see me in any of your stores again

Great selection of toys. Need a bit more floor staff as it is hard to find one of them to ask questions

Had everything we wanted.

I was so shocked at the response of the security at this store who turned me away when I asked to just get a piece of wrapping paper for my purchase. Waited very long in the que and as there was only 1 till operator. Had to run to get pnp open as they caused all the customers delay. I ran back to the store at 8:02 pm asking for a pice at the front door as the child was going to see his gift thru the bag they gave and he turned me away, waved his hand at me telling me to go away and then turned his back on me...This was ugly . I just wanted paper after them keeping us all up in the line. Very disappointing and he m treated me as if begging him for money.... I was

Really great selection, especially for younger children and babies. If you're expecting, this place will have everything you need in one spot. Definately worth a trip to Table Bay mall!
