Horrible, horrible service. Called at 9am for a same day delivery, was asked to email the information. At 15:43, I called to ask what happened cause the parcel wasn't collected. The lady didn't even see the email or make any arrangements for collection, and further, when I said that her service is bad, she slammed the phone down on me. Will never recommend them to anyone.

Great quality service.Prompt and efficient. I managed to track my parcel with their online system getting notifications on how far they were.My produce arrived in their frozen packs still fresh and very cold.Loved it well done girls
