Not a bad Company, BUT the CEO. Mr Freddie Strydom, has no idea what he is doing. NO DRILLING background, and no people skills or respect for any Client or employee working under him. Employeesare resigning constantly due to the ignorance and arrogance of this specific person. He forces workers to do jobs that they have not been trained for, and then chase them away because of the same task.
