I have shopped at the Randburg store in the Sanlam centre for year's. The previous manager was great. The current store manageress is very very rude and has a huge attitude. I had a few altercations with her. The last straw today was when she refused me to pay for items. Not 100%sure of her name Felicia????? As per my last complaint I only shop there when it's her off day. No respect for clientsNot happy at all

Staff are SOMETIMES friendly and at times rude.They often close earlier than they should but only leave the store after 17:00. Store is cramped up and could use a bit of space to move freely.

On the website its written that you close on 17:00 but i went on 15:30 and you had already closed in Randburg square!!
