Gridhawk Security

When i joined all was well but as time went on they stopped responding to my alarm (clearly they got comfortable) at some point i had to call them in an emergency (even though my alarm went off). i have called a couple of times to report this issue they always say they will look into it but it keeps happening and am really starting to consider joining a different security company because what is the use to an armed response if they never respond?

Horrible service ever, alarm been going off on its own for the past 2 months and in each instance they promise to send a technician but never does . Called in a multiple times trying to cancel them but I get sent from pillar to post, till this day I can’t cancel cause I can’t get the relevant person to help me with it. Pathetic really!

One of the best company

I'd been having a great relationship with Gridhawk but the alarm has been going off for no reason for a while now. Today it went off at 23:02 or so but they only called at 23:08 and said they only got the signal at 23:07. Asked them to send a technician to check out what the issue might be and they proceeded to tell me about a call out fee which they couldn't tell me how much it was. Was I asked if I needed the response guys to come over? Nope. Was I asked what triggered the alarm or if I'm safe? Nope.

It has been hardly two months since we installed their system but every second week it gets triggered by its self and we have to call the technician, the last straw was today where it was triggered at around 10am till now at 20hoo we still awaiting a technician i called the call center 100 times already without any help, and the lady agent is very rude been promising to follow up with the technician ,she never gives feedback and when i follow up she gets irritated i am beyond disappointed, when i escalate the matter i still do not get assisted here we are spent the day and night with an irritating alarm sound. The worst service ever received in my whole life, home affairs services seem to be the best compared to this
