I would give a negative zero if possible, the worst service ever I am so frustrated I want to cry. Late deliveries, not answering calls just rude people and liars!!!

Very bad service, traced my parcel I could not trace it. I phoned their customer care was kept on hold for 30 mins. 1st they said it has been delivered when I quired to whom as I had not received, I was then told the driver is delayed and I will get my parcel before 5pm. It's now 1926 pm and I still don't have my parcel.

0 stars !!!!!!!!!! I've been waiting for my car's licence since last week. Please guys it's urgent. Stop playing with people's money.. update : literally had to go to the depo and fetch my parcel myself..

Horrible service I ever experienced with a courier company. Customer service does not answer calls, airtime wasted - all you hear is their automated voice recording.

Our company uses Skynet to deliver parcels to our representatives across South Africa.One of my Representative’s Parcels have been at the PE depot for days now and is not getting delivered. I have made phone calls back and forth, sent numerous emails. In an email on 11/01/2023 they mentioned the parcel would be delivered on 12/01/2023. The parcel is still not delivered. This particular parcel was meant to be delivered before the 23rd of December. It is 22:28 on 12/01/2023 and the parcel is still not delivered.I will not trust SkyNet for efficient delivery any longer. In my opinion this is not the company to do business with. Disgraceful service delivery.

WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER! I can only assume that SkyNet commits insurance fraud by claiming money from their underwriters for a supposed hijacked shipment & then not reimbursing affected customers. My 22 July 2021 invoice, which they requested to compensate me for my stolen" parcel

Terrible, workers are just lazy. Floor supervisor Roshaan I spoke couldn't do anything to help. Just rubbed the work of on another floor employee. Communication skills are terrible. Very unorganized. The only one that helped was a guy named Selwyn Mclain, very friendly.

Same sentiment filling up the reviews for this place, if I was able to write one with 0 stars I would.Got a notification my package is out for delivery, never came, I've cancelled thing I've had to do and will have to wait and see again tomorrow, honestly if these people can't do their one job, I would have not had an issue driving to the depot to get the package, phones get ignored, one call that got through the guy dropped it after greeting, one lady told me the package would get delivered after hours, this place is a joke.

1 star not deserved -0 service waiting for my license disc collected in Joburg on 19th should have been delivered within 48 hours to PE, I have used couriers my entire working life, never had such bad service. Not the drivers fault, very poor route planning.
