I've got mixed feelings about this place. This is a kiosk type store. They are open when other outlets are closed, which is a good thing, very bad thing is that we caught them trying to put food back on the prep station that fell on the floor, so this is certainly something they'll need to work on: food on floor... bad!They do have a generator during load shedding at least.

Service was really bad. Delivery took way too long, more than an hour for two pizzas and we stayed less than 1 km away. Pizza was cold and not great - missing toppings, just overall bad experience.

Is there no-one here who does quality control? The last three times we ordered from here, something was wrong every time. Wildly incorrect toppings, or no toppings at all - not even cheese or sauce on half of one pizza. Today we received two of the same pizza, which is not what we ordered. No need to reply, I'm not going to send an email. Can someone just check orders before they go out?

Have never been disappointed with the pizza from this branch. Ordered the R30 special (small boss pizza + buddy). Great value for money,loaded the toppings and was deelicious!Keep up the standard of quality and freshness

We’ve ordered 4 pizzas at 17.30 today and it’s now 19.00 order number 8414 we spoke to the manager by the name of Maria and she still cannot get our pizzas to us. Bedfordview Pizza Hut you’re pathetic in your service, do not order from this branch of Pizza Hut cause they always have an issue with their orders and delivery times!!!

Ordered through Uber eats. Greasy food , partially incorrect order … food had a stale oil flavour . Definitely not what we’re used to from this branch. Mistakes happen but staff need to be trained how to handle such situations better.

Simply shocking service from Pizza Hut Bedfordview today. Was eventually delivered pizza 2 hours after order. I wanted to cancel. They insisted I don't and wouldn't have to pay. The driver appears insisting on payment otherwise he's taking the food with. In the mean time my child has fallen asleep without supper and my sick wife and I have been left hungry and dazed by this. Awful experience. To top it all, boxes delivered without seals. No supper for us then... Can't trust the contents.
