Poor customer service. Argumentative about their lack of service and not honest about delays. As the conversation went the excuses kept changing. Never heard of keeping the customer informed. If this simple tool had been used a lot of aggravation could have been saved.

Shocking after sales service. I have a defect in a counter top, all the staff at this center choose to ignore your calls and WhatsApp's.I believe they hope the problem will go away, if they ignore it.Feedback as of 17/10/2022Counter top was replaced at no charge. We still had to collect, install and take the defective item back at our own cost.

Customer service is terrible, as if you are invisible. I dealt with Bilal and I had to wait ten minutes, after he told me to wait for one minute because he is too busy on his computer. Only for him to give an invoice and move to the loading zone. At the loading zone I had a fifteen minute wait for the workers to start loading my items although Bilal told me that they will be waiting for me. Personally, I rather spend a little more and shop anywhere else. I will never go back to this home improvement center.
