I have used GIGI's several times now for household removals and moving large items to storage units. Without exception, staff are friendly and efficient, take great care not to damage goods and work very quickly. The admin side of things runs very smoothly, it is clear that staff in this company communicate well. Thank you for always providing excellent service at a reasonable price!

Gigi's Furniture Removals
We have always used GIGI in Pretoria due to their great service and nothing has ever been damaged, but inter-provincial transport is double the cost in comparison to other transport companies due to no bases in other cities- which is understandable. Please indicate this issue when quoting as I was unaware of the normal inter-provincial costs.

I would just like to thank Gigi's for the service we received over the weekend (30 July 2022). The moving team arrived 15min earlier than arranged and this enabled us to finish the move even quicker than anticipated. The team was efficient, friendly and handled our furniture with care. We appreciate the level of service we received right from the start and commend their business.We would definitely recommend them to others.

2 months after my move I can now recap the experience with this removal company and sadly I have to say I'd give 0 stars if I could. Not only are 2 pieces of high gloss furniture scratched, a stainless steel fridge dented, an expensive bed base torn and a Weylandt's table scratched, I also had to hire people to repack the entire storage room as it was so poorly packed. They basically just threw everything in because they wanted to leave. If you have cheap furniture you don't care about then they are ok I guess, but for expensive furniture of value, I recommend to stay very far away.
