From the very first email contact with Wood Concept (Michelle is the most remarkable resource!) to the day Trevor drove out of our driveway, having constructed our long desired yard cupboard, our experience with Wood Concept was absolutely fantastic. Michelle answered our endless questions and made recommendations about how to make best use of our space considering the lengths that the wood comes in - her instructions to us on every topic were clear and always useful. Everything went like clockwork. We are thrilled with our cupboard that will protect every from paint to picnic boxes, garden tools to our recycling containers from sitting outside in the rain and sun and not only looking unsightly but also from deteriorating. This has been the best solution for our lack of storage space and lack of a garage! Working with the people at Wood Concept has been such a pleasurable experience!

Trevor and team built us a large storage unit to replace a poorly constructed one (from another supplier). I’ve waited 6 months to write this review so we could see what happened through a very wet winter - the unit has remained completely water-tight! Beautifully constructed to a high standard and a pleasure to do business with, which is a rarity nowadays.

Originally bought a small plastic shed from builders wearhouse and they messed me around for weeks, so I eventually had to cancel it. Im really glad I did though, because my utility cupboard from Wood Concepts is so much better! They did a great job.

I have wooden trellises on a vibracrete wall and wanted to extend the trellising along the full length of the wall, but it needed to match the existing trellising. I am so happy with the excellent result and service. I would highly recommend this company.

A request for a bird cage came. Trevor went the extra mile in creating this beautiful home for my birds. The attention detail is amazing.Seemingly they have Muizenberg housing within their cage. Colors making it a happy home.Really happy with this creation.Thank you Trevor.

Our ever growing pet pig Pepper grew out of her home and we desperately needed a larger home for her. After trying to get quotes from a number of companies, I was lucky enough to come across Wood Concept. The professional attention to detail, beautiful quality and advice blew me away. I can highly recommend this incredible company who really went the extra mile to deliver Pepper's new home earlier than promised in spite of being extremely busy! Very happy with our purchase. The team at Wood Concept are very responsive and were very patient with my many questions across a two month period before we finally committed. The utility shed fits in beautifully. The team that came to put it together were quick and efficient.

They made a beautiful kennel for our dog (who immediately loved his new daytime house). Very efficient and polite business. I would recommend them to anyone looking for wooden kennels and other custom builds.

Similar to Micheal's review. I had a funny shaped corner in my home with not much use other than hanging a picture/painting and they made a custom bookcase on the mm exactly.Only met Michelle via phone calls and mails, but she was always aware of the latest discussions between me and Trevor after he was on site more than once to make sure everything goes smoothly. She facilitated the communication and administrative duties for the project like a true professional.Thanks Wood Concept for our awesome bookcase! :)
