It's a very convenient place to get a pizza and a chill out area. Ball breakers is a great place to get a drink and socialize

We have had a very bad experience with one of the shops at Blackheath Pavilion - Wonderful Fabrics.We ordered blinds for my son's flat in PTA on 26 Jan 2023 at Wonderful Fabrics. We spent R25 000.00 on the blinds. The first issue was that delivery was promised in 1 to 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, we visited the shop twice to enquire when the blinds would be ready. By then the university had started, which meant that we had to organise curtains for my son's flat. They lacked the common courtesy to communicate with us, and it was all up to us to drive the process.When the blinds eventually arrived, we initially found that one blind was too small, and later we found were missing 2 brackets. Once again Wonderful Fabrics did not keep us informed as to what was happening. Once again it was up to us to go into the shop to find out what was happening, only to be told that it was the blind factory that made the error, and it is, therefore, not their problem.I am beyond disgusted. Once they have your money, they are not interested in customer service. They are NOT WONDERFUL at all. Avoid them like the plague.

Had a good time. Food was good. Playing on equipment was fun.

Very limited. Not nice to give a low rating. Used to be a lot better. I went to Spur. The service, was pathetic. The staff. Sub standard. And got my order wrong. Cresta spur. Is far superior.in every way. The shopping facilitys, are very ltd. Sorry for the bad rating. Wish the center was the earlier standard.

Ideal if you not planning on staying long

I will NEVER shop at Blackheath Pavillion again. I was a regular Sunday shopper before lockdown. Every Sunday without fail, after doung my shopping I would stop at the Pizza Andicio & buy a pizza & coke to take home for lunch.Having reopened restaurants now, I wished to continue my tradition except today, being Sunday, I was on foot, using uber as for health reasons I no longer drive. I am a pensioner.Having shopping done I walked into the centre planning on buying my regular pizza & coke then ordering my uber home. However, having just gotten to the centre I desperately needed the loo. I asked for the key, planning to use the loo while my pizza was being made. The key wasn't available but I was told the staff member with it was in the toilet so I should just knock. while knocking, the security guard came rushing over & started shouting at me to leave as the toilets were for customers only. I tried explaining that I was a customer to which he shouted & got Very verbally aggressive telling me to leave. he followed me back to the Pizza place, the waiter then also trying to tell him I was a customer but he wouldn't listen, instead he shouted at the waiter & then walked off with head up high for having told off the old white woman!" Apparently he saw me walking across the parking towards the store & because I wasn't driving I wasn't a customer???I cancelled my lunch & left the centre with tears in my eyes.I will NEVER return to Blackheath Pavilluon again.So fair warning

Great shopping centre which houses your Plumblink, Sportsman's Warehouse and the new eatery Rib I Butchery. They make a succulent delicious braai while you wait.

Enough parking space

Great shops. But beware of security. My car was broken into here.
