I must agree with all the other 5-star reviews. Tamsyn and Audiologist Mercedes demonstrate the highest level of professionalism - of the sort you wish was found everywhere. They are thorough, flexible, responsive and an utter delight as well. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

lovely approachable people anytime I go. glad they moved to their new premises it is very convenient for parking and because its central I do some shopping after. tamsyn has been at the business for many years so you can develop a nice trusting relationship, she is so knowledgeable. their audiologist claire is pleasant and patient. they have specials on items that saved me a lot of money over the years!
