Good day.Actually not good... For you... You don't even deserve one starSo. Orderd 4hours a head... Phoned your store. No one answered 5times. Got in my found a manager WITHOUT A MASK. THIS IS VIOLATION OF THE LAW. Firstly he is telling me no sorry your order was not received. I have email and sms proof. Now he found my order on the shelve sitting there from who knows when. Your store will NOT see me again. And infact you should close with you violation of law.

Extremely bad service. There’s only one cashier available to assist 15+ people. She then has to prepare customers shakes and ice-cream before assisting the next person. Not to mention how long it takes before the next order is taken or even given out and then when one EVENTUALLY gets their order things are short. Unbelievably pathetic!

NO STARS !!!I have placed an order for delivery today at 16h00.At 17h45 I followed up on my order, and a lady called Miguala informed me that she wil look into the matter and get back to me. She phoned back and the outcome was apparently that my delivery was listed as a collection. This collection was never asked for.She was of big help and support and immediately change my order to be delivered.At 18h45 I needed to follow up again, and according to Miguala, the MANAGER was on the way with my order.Only at 19h45, I finally received my order.I confronted the manager regarding this matter and she didnt try to rectify the matter or even asked how she can be sure of me being her client in future.She said she didnt agree with my perspective. I then told her that I will never make use of her services again.I have to say that she didnt even show any people skills. She sat in the car, giving the impression that she hopes not to be confronted by me.I thanked her for the delivery, but I am really disappointed.

Excellent food and great preparation but the online ordering system keep failing and forgets some of my order regularly. I suggest you order by phone only or better still, order at the counter if you want to get what you ordered. Friendly staff and they make very sure that the chipd are always fresh and hot.

Placed an order for collection and was told I would be able to collect in 20 minutes. When my husband arrived they hadn't started making the order, got it wrong and argued among themselves about it. Really NOT worth it

Poor quality service. The lady at the front continued unpacking ice cream cups instead of taking our order, she didn't respond to me after I had asked her a question about the menu. As if that was not enough my order took more than 30 minutes after I had placed an order, all of this is happening in front of the manager who clearly did not care about what was happening, she saw it best to leave the store and entertain her cellphone. The biggest bummer is that I had requested to not have tomato in my burger and surprise!!! It was the first thing I saw when I open the box.Kindly improve your services and training of the stuff, they were all unprofessional even the ones in the kitchen as they were now arguing about who requested the incorrect order among themselves and not having the decency to inform me that there was a mix up....

Poor service, terrible delivery. Once ordered and never recieved order. Tonight took a chance agian. Ordered at around 18:00, almost 2 and a half hours later, still nothing. Also noted that they closed in the meantime, So were is my order? Disgusted. Think you need to change your strategies and follow ups on customer. You dont take the contact numbers for nothing. Will NEVER order from you again.

I ordered an Original Steers burger for sit in. I waited a whole 30 minutes due to the fast that they somehow forgot to make my order. After all that, what they gave me and what I ordered looked like two different things. The burger had no pickles inside and they gave us the wrong drinks.I know I could've spoke out and told them what was wrong with the burger but after reminding them about the order they forgot to make and after sending the waitress back to get us the actual drinks that we ordered, I felt like I am going to look like one of those people who always complain. I am never going there again.

So I placed an order with Steers online at 17:23 with the hopes that my order would be ready by the time I fetched my wife from work. We arrived at Steers at around 17:40. After waiting another 10 minutes, I got fed up and went inside again to ask what was going on. The lady behind the counter, clearly clueless, kept helping people who came in after me, and not even once had the decency to even ask me if she can help me. I had to ask her Can I finally have a turn now?". There were also other people in the store clearly very annoyed from waiting 40 + minutes for their orders. To top it off

Ordered online a Big Bacon King steers burger only to get just 2 patties and 2 big slices of tomatoes. I've never been so dissatisfied with my order , tried to call them back but they were already closed. Bad service
