The Fast Lane
The fast lane has helped me alot with my swim pace and stroke correction. Swim squad are fun too be in and also challening. I have enjoyed my time with the Fast Lane - helping me to achieve my personal goals - Robben Island Crossing.

Best decision ever to join The Fast Lane! Besides the pro swimming coaching I’ve been receiving so far, Coaches Laura and Tanya are always ready for a good laugh, and have built up a great community and squad. They know how to push and motivate you at the same time, and I can already see a huge improvement in my stroke after only one month.

I love meeting up with these awesome girls for my weekly swim training. They are super knowledgeable about all things swimming, from young ones to oldies like me! They are calm and caring in their approach to training, encouraging me all the way. I also attended an open water training session at Silvermine which was such fun and highly recommended.

Super amazing swim coaches. Coach Laura is an Olympic swimmer with so much swimming experience.I didn’t know how to swim when I started my swim classes with The Fast Lane. It took me less than 3 months to be able to swim on my own using all 4 swim strokes. In other words, The Fast Lane does not hold you back. They make sure that you progress.

Laura and Tanya are both excellent coaches; technically knowledgeable, committed, motivating and fun to be around. My swimming has improved dramatically since joining up about 3 years ago.

I would highly recommend Fast Lane for anybody who is looking for coaching. Coaches Laura and Tanya are really great and tailors the sessions based on your needs whether you are a beginner or a professional swimmer. I have been with them for just over a year now and my swimming and fitness has tremendously improved.

They are really good at what they do, glad I started lessons with the fast lane - just after 3 months I've progressed from barely knowing how to swim properly to a level I never thought I'd get. The one-on-one and shared lessons are both challenging and fun. Tanya and Laura are so encouraging, observant and kind. It is definitely something I look forward to every week.

Absolutely brilliant.. training for SA masters... hoping to go to World masters.... Laura has changed my stroke....I get a very interactive one on one coaching with underwater filming of my stroke real time correction due to hydrophone headpods, Laura is detailed oriented and is constantly evolving to meet my swimming needs...it is a fantastic but above all an incredibly fun experience...I feel like she is 100% part of what I want to achieve
