I was very impressed with the service I got from Packetsky I applied on Sunday and my installation was completed on Tuesday speedy and reliable this morning I asked for my Password to be changed and it was done in a second I would recommend they to everyone Vusani was great and Val too Thank you guys much appreciation

Had a lovely time with the service side of this company. But Val in the accounts department is probably the worst person I've ever had to deal with.. She tells me I need to word my cancellation emails better and is holding me liable for another month where i did not use this companies services. She then goes on to to mention things about my personal work life. I hope no one ever has to come across Val. Disgusting is the only word that comes to mind after speaking with Val.

We have been with Packetsky for sometime now and their service is outstanding. We recently moved and required assistance with setting up the router in the new home. I had someone assisting me at 8 o'clock on a Sunday morning, this is dedication. The customer portal is very user friendly, where I can pay, log tickets for assistance and they are dealt with almost immediately. I would recommend them to anyone, as we have had absolutely no bad experiences with them.

Rehn is very helpful. They sent me a dual band router already configured.Packetsky is affordable.Once network cables were run to the TV and set up access points around the house I got full network speed anywhere in the house.Thanks Rehn for the advice.

Support is very responsive but I wish they'd send communication when connection is down instead of us having to call them all the time. There's a lady called Val in the sales department, if you apply and she receives your application request that you're assisted by someone else instead. She is not pleasant to work with!
