Great service, communication and knowledge. Wesley was more than happy to answer any questions i had about mountain biking and mtb products. There was a small mix up with my order but the shop went out of their way to help correct it and felt like they really put their customers first.Loving my new bike! Thank again Wesley and TOS team.

Very rarely do you find friendly customer service with the knowledge to tackle any issue. Brought my bike after going to a series of other bike shops in the area that couldn’t help out. Had me back on the road on the same day. Can’t recommend these guys enough

Wife ordered 2 bibs and never showed up. Multiple emails and calls with no response. I would not order from this store as it appears to be a scam.Update on this: we have provided all details to store with order number, contact phone number and email with zero response. I warn all to not use this store.

I bought KMC missing links - online. They ripped me off and tried to explain it away as a misunderstanding regarding what a “pair” is. These items are packaged as pairs, no matter where you buy them from. A single link has two parts. That is not a pair of links. The Odd Spoke online sellers however use this play on words to sell a single link as a pair - contrary to their own price tags stuck to the packaging, which they cut in half to send an unsuspecting buyer a single link when they have paid for a pair. When I questioned these people they had the audacity to suggest the problem of ‘misunderstanding’ arises because there was no photo image of a single link available to accurately show what the item being sold was. That is a complete crock. A simple web search will find multiple open source items they could use. They also claimed that they made only a couple of dollars on the sale of each link. I normally buy my spare links from Wiggle online, who unfortunately were temporarily out of stock when I bought from the odd spoke - never again. If the odd spoke bought the links, at retail price, from Wiggle online they could make a near 100% profit. I recommend anyone wanting to buy bike related stuff online try any where besides the odd spoke.Post Script - ResponseNot unexpectedly, someone from the odd spoke responded to my review and did the usual ‘sorry but not sorry because it’s really your fault’ thing. So why am I back here? Because they told a blatant lie in their response. My original order was for 3 pairs of links. They sent me 2 links - with a tax invoice indicating that I had paid for “qty 2 - Amount Paid $39.88”, although they had processed my card payment for $54.87. Several days later, I received another parcel with 1 link and a further tax invoice, “qty 1 - Amount Paid $14.99”. Their claim that they somehow ‘gave’ me something is just a straight up bare faced lie. I ordered and paid for 3 ‘Pairs’ of links (reminder- their advertisement included a photo of a card of a pair of links - ie, two links, 4 pieces). The odd spoke (eventually) sent a total of only 3 individual links (not pairs of links). There was no “extra” link.

Came here after checking the updated store opening times. Guess what…. It’s closed it’s not even a holiday. I can only review on my own experience. I’ll come back and if the experience is better I will update the review. As of now however…

The team went above and beyond to get me back on the road for a bikepacking race. I came in with a damaged wheel and broken shifter near the end of the day and not only did they fix my mechanical issues up, they got me back to where I needed to be to resume my ride. My trip would have been over if it wasn't for the efforts of everyone at The Odd Spoke. For any other bikepackers and tourers, this shop also has all of the food and supplies you could ask for between Sydney and Orange.
