Incredible Connection Menlyn

I would just like to say how impressed I have been with this excellent service that I've heard from incredible pretty connection here in Menlyn I have had an assistant by the name of Hector who is the most outstanding salesman and technical assistant that I've met for ages and as a result of his support I have gone along and bought more than I ever wanted to and I am really so grateful for all the excellent work that I've heard from him and from the help that he has given to me in every direction so thank you so much that you have such an excellent salesman and take me to advisor here in the form of picture thank you

If i could give a zero i would. Employees laying on equipment and doesn't assist people at all. If you ask for help you just get laught at. And when you find the manager he also doesn't help with anything just stands with his little arms crossed . This branch is really pathetic. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

I got the worst service ever , I brought back a chrome book which had battery problem, now it has been more than 40 days from the 2 February 2023 until today. Told the store manager for my money back or credit, no response spent the whole of Friday and today here still no response. What a I sure to do cause the laptop is meant for work?

Worst service ever... I give them -10.. Technician Thokozane told us we need a new hard drive on our 3 yr old laptop.. & a laptop fan. Cost of R3000 or more... all we needed was laptop fan to be cleaned.. I went to PC Palace at Irene.. cleaned laptop fan...

My go-to store for most electronics! Although it would have been nice if they atleast offered me a free bag after spending over 40k, but oh well. Guess rules are rules....

If I could give them -10, I would! (I can see other reviewers also considered negative stars!).Absolutely ZERO service delivery. We’ve attempted to buy on credit for an entire week. Whenever we called, the person helping us with the purchase (Zanele) were always either ‘on lunch’ or ‘busy helping a customer’ or the line just dropped. Promises were made that we will be called back - which never happened.Only when attempting to speak to the manager, did she come to the phone. (Clearly not on lunch).We were told we need to redo the entire application and that new signatures will be necessary. We said we’ll come to the store ASAP. On arrival at the store within 30min from the phone call, Zanele was nowhere to be found, being ‘on lunch’. To top it off, the manager was also not willing to assist us. He asked that we wait for Zanele. And then the manager left.It’s ridiculous!We’ve consequently decided to cancel our purchase and take our business elsewhere.We will not make use of this branch EVER again.

They have stock of just about everything.Stock a few nice gadgets and all the new releases.All the laptops are available and also samsung and iPhones.Security is a bit of a pain because they follow you around as if you are going to steal something.Staff is not very helpful.Was in the shop for a good 25 minutes, and not one salesperson asked to help.

Waited an hour for someone to help me at finance.Did the application for credit, got no feedback.Called the credit provided myself, got treated very rudely and got told the application was sent back for additional documents and no one told me.Sent through documents, got terrible assistance and now still nothing.Got told I had to hurry up because stock is low.What an incredibly bad experience. Don’t recommend applying for credit through them, it’s tedious and for nothing.

Best incredible connection shop. Friendly staff, very clean and best service! I would recommend going there to do all your tech shopping and to solve your problems

Its a fair experiance. Service was poor, ranging seems fine. They could do much better.
