Nobody came to assist me till I left the shop.There was a lady lwho looked at me without even greeing.

The story is well laid out and has a large selection of hardware items and more. However the staff are very abrupt, it's almost like they are doing you a favor by being there.... A little friendliness goes a long way to making a customer enjoy their visit

Nice shopping experience.All I needed was available and the service was fast and the staff was helping with a smile.Lots of DIY and standard maintenance stuff to choose from. If they do not have a item, they will order it.Worth the visit.

Only honestly go there for keys but the 2 gentleman are so friendly one feels valued.Most of the time I've turned back because the keys I want are finished but don't mind returning just because of their great service.Also one time my key couldn't open after I bought it from there and they gladly fixed it 4me.

My favorite place to visit on a Saturday morning. The staff are always very helpful and eager to assist. Always a nice experience.
