Shocking. They came over and stripped the paint in 3 rooms in my apartment, laid new damp coating and repainted. Less than 2 months later the damp problem is back. I’ve contacted them several times, sent pictures and I am lucky to get a response within 2 weeks. They said the problem is bigger and they need to do more testing and they still haven’t come back to me as to when they plan on doing this.I had an independent damp company come in to review Reno’s work and they said the job was substandard and they were not at all surprised that the problems came back.Cannot recommend these guys at all. Very unprofessional.
