Firstly, they installed the incorrect vinyl despite my request.Instead of advising that we could install test patches on the windows, they made me fit an entire room which was subsequently removed since it was not suitable.When I called them back since there were bubbles on my bathroom windows, they have to date refused to come back to correct this issue.I certainly would not use them again.

Got my car windows tinted here. After a terrible experience at a better known spot I went here on the recommendation of a friend. Great job, fantastic service. Explained the whole process. Showed me example tints. Gave me a wide range of options. Very happy

Hello everyone I want to share my personal experience with the service of the company called Lunar Products. I decided to utilize their services for tinting of the windows of my motor vehicle especially since they do not have a bad online reputation. I have previously had my car windows tinted for my other cars so I am aware that all the work was supposed to take approximately 4 hours but they took 7 hours for completion. Even though they took longer than the required amount of time, there were still air bubbles on the windows a d parts that were not cut properly so the work looked shoddy at some parts and thus leaving a very untidy finished product which I didn't like right away, to which they replied that when everything dries, the bubbles would deflate Two months later, nothing had changed, I went back to them and they said they would redo it at their costs due to their warranty in place. Furthermore, I advised them to take as much time as they would like and to not rush their work to prevent another re- occurrence like their first attempt in order to do it efficiently however they then took two days and blamed their delays on the fact that they first did not have enough film to tint the windows and had to wait for more film as they did not know that they were to re- do all windows yet this was discussed with them. When I had returned to collect my car, I was even more shocked as they did an even worse job compared to before with more air bubbles and shoddy jagged edges to which the woman at the reception replied to me that she’s not to blame and it is the workers fault and furthermore that she does not think I will be given a refund despite me being fully aware of her contravening her own warranty or implied warranty under the CPA. The next day I called in and was referred to what seems to be the owner or the person in charge of the workmanship and demanded a refund on the basis that I had given them two chances to rectify their defective workmanship to no success and as a result I had lost trust in their devices and quality of their product. I requested further that they should remove the film that they had pasted of which I also had to plead my case as to my shock they wanted to charge me for them to remove their own defective product to my horror. When I arrived to have them remove the film, they did not want to allow me into the workplace which is off- site where they would remove the film, which I refused and insisted I be present. When they opened the garage, I realized that they were far from professional as they were conducting their services in such a dirty, unlit garage which causes dust to be blown into the window when pasting of film and not being able to even see their work in such poor lighting thus leaving for a defective end product/ service. The photo is attached below! My money has not even been refunded to me yet as they advised me that they will be sorting out some month end payments and then only will look into my refund as if my refund is not a given right and furthermore I should not have to wait for such or should have to endure such as I HAD OAID THEM FOR A SERVICE YET THEY CANNOT REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE SEEKING SUCH SERVICES.
