I went there to look for a mechanical seal. They tried to assist as they did not have one. They said they would send it away to their supplier. 3 days later after they they had sent it away to their supplier I went to collect it as their supplier couldn't help either and then only they told me I could go across the road to another place and see if they could help me. Well I did get it across the road so I feel they wasted my time as they could have told me that in the first place as the fuel I spent riding up and down was not worth it. So in my opinion they could have been a little more helpful as this is not a big price item.
