Beautiful modern hotel, mod cons, voice activated everything, swimming pool plus heated pool, gio dome with built in spa, sauna, and the politest staff, receptionist who gives us the best local advice making our trip so exceptional!

I've been in a lot of stunning places but damn...theLab is a 100% must visit again location.I felt like the staff were old friends of mine and I was meeting them for the first time.Everything offered at theLab was wonderful. Surrounded by wonderful people inside theLab and out. Everyone made me feel like I was being hugged with their warm smiles. I've never felt more welcome and they have made it my life's goal to want my own place there and befriend every single person there.If you want a massage for your spirit then go visit theLab and meet the amazing people that work there and everyone around.

My husband and I needed to find a suitable place to stay for a night as our original booking was uncomfortable. The staff at TheLab were nothing short of amazing! They got us settled in quickly and we had a wonderful evening which included a nice hot jacuzzi and the honesty bar so we could a nice glass of wine from the area. We highly recommend TheLab and will definitely be back. Looking forward to trying the Robertson venue as well.

We enjoyed the high tech and green vibe. Impressive that the rooms even have Netflix! The automated room was fun but not without its problems (buggy aircon, noisy locks, etc.) However, the staff was very friendly and eager to help, and breakfast was yummy!

Everything from electric scooters to zoop around town with, to voice controlled rooms, a hot tub, a pool, a sauna, an honesty bar system... Agh, the list goes on. We loved it and went from there to Makro to buy a Google Home system (#NoRegrets). It showed us a new way of living. Phenomenal experience.

Wow what a place, beautiful and so creative! We enjoyed staying so much we didn't want to leave!! Rooms are exceptional and so were the breakfast. To top it off the customer service deserves 10 stars! Thank you Gerald for being such a great host and thank you for our anniversary treat! We will definitely be back and recommend you to everyone!

This hotel is cute, but there is so much to be improved on. The bedding and towels were threadbare, and the towels were especially old and stained. I had to request toilet paper , which is unbelievable. They have such a lovely modern amenities but no loo roll ready for guests?My biggest complaint with this place is I left behind( still not sure how this happened, as I checked the room before I left) a swimsuit cover and a hat. I inquired, they found the items. When my husband went to collect it, they gave him the hat only. I again asked for my cover, no response. Eventually it was found AGAIN( where was it?they can't answer me on that ) I requested that they courier it to me, got a response on the 12th April asking for my address. It's now the 14 of May, still no cover.

I stayed over Christmas and it was positively wonderful. The rooms are large and airy, the breakfast is scrumptious and consists of a hot and cold option, the electric scooter was a showstopper while the poolside deck is lavish and inviting. The cream on the cake had to be the staff who were very kind, consistent and knowledgeable of the hotels extensive amenities and the surrounding area. I would go there again and again
