Gala Star has been in business for 28 years and our initial website became very old fashioned and most certainly needed a change. Personally, I knew nothing about building websites, but Shaun and his team from Optic Blaze were incredible, working very closely with me, they captured the business in its entirety. They redesigned our logo, taking our ethos into consideration, using colours that would tell our vision, were striking and eye-catching and could be used on flyers and email signatures very easily. In building the website, they understood where I was coming from, but added depth and insight I would not have even thought of. As we manufacture products that are labour intensive, sales normally need to come from touch and feel experiences, but Optic Blaze was able to capture our story and conversions started to happen into sales. Shaun and the team at Optic Blaze are exceptional. Yes he does all things web design, SEO and Google Search ads exceptionally well, but he goes beyond that in that he has a real world understanding of the full economic picture.
