The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. The lady who runs the admin department is unprofessional to say the least. She shouts on the phone and will not let the customer voice their concerns. I simply do not recommend this company purely based on this lady's attitude to her customers. Jocks Electrical will simply not be getting any further business from us as we have been treated so bad.On the positive side, the gentleman who came to see us and go through the work they did was an absolute gem. I trust he gets treated better as her employee than she treats her customers.

They do coc and left work half done.no connection to garage though the Db is in the garage. Poor communication from their staff.
