The receptionist has no way of dealing with patients. I scheduled an appointment called twice to confirm my appointment. When I got to the waiting room there was no appointment scheduled for me. The receptionist was rude and told me they can't help me. She basically chased me away.

It's the way the receptionist deal with people for me, I booked an appointment last week Thursday and told me I must come the following Thursday.When I call back today she's got no idea of what I'm talking.And told me that the doctor won't be available.. I just don't understand.

Dr Watts have been my elderly moms dr for a few years. Excellent dr with a network of highly skilled specialists. I’m overseas for the last 18 months and she has been very supportive and professional with the care of my mom.
