We have continuous problems with no response on alarm or panic button..specially during recent burglary, with occupant facing burglars . Owner did not respond to request to contact us to discuss problems. Manager contact us but did not come back to us. Supervisor wish to tell a selective story and not the full truth.

Great response from a great team. Peace of mind when my elderly parents arrive home after dark and I make use of the Meet and Greet Service. Prompt resonse to all alarms. Whilst EC is generally quick to respond to infrastructure problems (fence, cameras, intercom), some areas such as guard management and mgmt reporting are lacking somewhat in effectiveness.

I am so grateful at the level of service EC Security company provides. They must be the best in Roodepoort by far? I am a business owner around Roodepoort and wee hours of the morning I had an incident, 1 of my receptionist thought on her feet and pressed the panic. Within a split of a 2nd, EC was at my place attending to the incident. By the time I got there, they had the situation in their hands. I must mention, the 2 dedicated guards did not leave until the situation was resolved and I had to call the cops who came hours later. I'm very grateful for the top notch service and all credit goes to the two guards who came to our rescue.What a pity I didn't have their names as I was too stressed at the time. Altogether a very good experience with the installation of my new monitoring system.Punctual and professional service
