I placed an order online as I couldn't find some items in the two nearest stores. The order was placed on the 28th of April and when it didn't arrive by day 3, I sent an email to careline on day 4, zero reply. Day 5 sent another one, still zilch.I gave them a call and they stated that my parcel probably got lost with RAM and they'll manually place another order for me which will arrive on Saturday (they said this because I wanted a refund as my little one was running out of nappies). That was a LIE, it never arrived and there's been ZERO communication as to why.So that's it, NEVER placing an online order with Dis-Chem.

Consistent with Dis-Chem brand around the country. Can sometimes wait a bit long in the queue as only half the tellers are operating but all in all, our go-to Dis-Chem. No quibbles.

Useless service! I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for them to refund points they wrongly took from my cardAlso preordered medication - got an email to say it was ready for collection and when I got there waited over 40 minutes for someone to check and sign it off!!! Shocking I would use a different dischem or pharmacy if you can. I would be surprised to get a response from this complaint!!!

First I did not receive my order that I placed on 24 November, I had to call the store to find out where my parcel is on 30 November. The store responded quickly and I received my order today. Now when I opened it, my free gift that I qualified when placing the order (2 x Clinique products) is not in the package. The store say I must phone head office, head office say I must phone the store. I will never again buy anything from Dischem. I already asked Dischem to close my loyalty card, and please remove any of my information on your system.

POOR SHOW and FALSE ADVERTISING.2nd week in row, your store does NOT have the published specials as sent to my email? In my mind, this purposeful false advertising?Last week digestive enzymes, this week a humidifier. This is not isolated, this has become a trend.Nicolway, you're a premier store in a premier location - I'm afraid it simply doesn't cut it to NOT HAVE STOCK of published items you are luring people into your store to buy.

Pharmacists at dispensary are always informative and insightful and the nurses are careful and precise with procedures - I hadmy Covid vaccinations, Vitamin B shots and Tetanus injections administered here.

The dispensary never answers their phone and the consultants at “customer care” are both rude and incompetent. Scary to think that these people are responsible for handling medication.

Absolutely disgusting....if I could give 0 I would. The clinic staff are useless and unhelpful ..I waited while they pushed other people in front of me ...when asked why ...then all of sudden the can help me ....really pathetic
