Ordered an extra large chips. It was a generous portion. The service was excellent.2nd time ordered caramel dip ice-cream. Waited very long, almost 15 minutes. Seems they is no structure, or systems in place. The ice-cream tasted weird like they put something in it to stretch. Made myself and my son nauseous. The caramel dip also did not set for a long while and we dripped dip all over until then.The store is heated, it made for a cozy wait during Winter.

I’ve always supported this steers but recently there service has been subpar. I placed an order online at 18:30 for it to be delivered at 19:30. It’s 20:30 and i still have no received my order. I understand that restaurants can get busy but this is not the first time that this has happened. I’ve tried phoning the store for over an hour but I just get placed on hold for over an hour.

Twice now, I have ordered through their app. The order has been accepted, yet an hour and a half later no food arrived, store doesn't answer their phone. Food already paid for. So much for second chances. Won't be supporting here again. Simple. Don't accept an order if you can't fulfill it.

I normally drive past many ffr's and street vendors to buy fried chips at any Steers in the country. Steers has not disappointed so far except this time around where my favorite chips were served unspiced, hence the 4 star rating. Please stick to what you do best and spice them for me in the future. All the staff could do is ask whether I prefer them plain or spiced, in which case, I'd choose the latter.

Pathetic service at its best.....This particular Steers knows how to disappoint,rude management and staff...take orders for delivery and deliver if and when they feel like!!!!!never again Steers HiltonOrder for delivery which never reached,an hour later we drive to the store to find the store was shutting down for the evening without attending to our order,staff consuming alcoholic beverages outside the store whilst manager unphased...

Placed an order for delivery, an hour and a half later drove to Steers to find out what's happening since no one can tell me over the phone, just for them to lie about the fact that they didn't receive the order, when I showed proof of the order on my phone, they didn't no what to do and the manager barely apologised. Very disappointed.
