Chatscare has always been around supplying the medication you need, with friendly staff and fast service, they deserve a good rating

One pharmacy that needs to be trained with regards to customer care...staff feel like they doing us patients a favour...very disappointing service received from cashier terisha pillay on the 26 January 2022...she ignored me completely on arrival to the tills...did not have any decency to greet or speak or smile...people like this are clearly unhappy with they jobs...she is not someone who should be in an environment were she lakes proper customer care...

We have moved house to just out of the chatsworth area however we chose to continue buying our chronic monthly medication of R2800.00 per month form Chatscare Pharmacy. The service we received as of late is despicable. Our last issue, we have been billed by medical aid for the meds but now say they can't deliver, this has happened before but this time a rude someone sends a whatsapp message saying that we busy that is why we asked you to collect. I have never made a commitment to pick up, so my question is why bill me if you can't deliver, and I even accepted your delivery a day or 2 late as I had enough meds to cover me for the delayed time. After the delayed time you reply rudely. If you bill me then honor the agreement. This is not correct and has to be resolved and dealt with immediately. R2800 per month business from one person is alot of money contributed to a rude run pharmacy.

Staff is very helpful...especially the guy at the dispensary name Jay.....He is such a friendly person....God bless him
