I waited for a parcel for a month and a week. When I call they told me the same thing over and over again even when I gave them the correct details they kept saying they didn't have my details. It was my first time using aramex and I was very disappointed.

I was assisted by two wonderful ladies named precious and Shelly they were very patient, understanding and went out if their way to endure that I received my parcel whichunfortunately got delayed in reaching me due to a tiny mistake that almost resulted in huge misunderstanding. Keep it up.

Overnight package send Thursday the 9th of July. Phoned to follow up on Monday, excuse that there was nobody there , it's rescheduled. (To a businesses that was OPEN) Tuesday still no delivery, excuse that it's an outlying area, Wednesday after the 3rd phone call, we find out the depot is 19km from delivery address. Once we said we will collect ourselves, it takes 30 minutes to deliver! So, Overnight service, according to this company takes 6 days!

They sent a sms confirming delivery before 17:00 today.I have not been notified otherwise and I don't have the goods ordered.This is poor service. I will never make use of them.

If there was zero rating I would . I am losing my mind my parcel has been out for delivery for two to three days now and no communication with me so far. I am totally disappointed in aramex . I called the whole day no one piched up to explain the delay.

They open parcels, break your goods and ship to you! Any damage to items is not their responsibility! Thanks, but no thanks. Rather use another courier company!
