I visited Malibu Spur today to celebrate my baby's 10th Birthday after she decided to that's the Spur where she wants her Birthday Celebration on arrival we received a very warm welcome by Cecilia who happened to be our waitress for the day and I must say she gave us the best service that we ever received at Malibu Spur she made my baby's Birthday extra special by setting up a special birthday table with all the needed decor I salute you Cecilia here's to a job well done I hope your bosses do realize what they have in you....Many thanks see you soon

A fantastic experience as usual. The Manager was an excellent server and made our evening so special. We have been to Malibu Spur many times and will continue to visit. It is always so great.

Malibu Spur Steak Ranch
One of my favorite Spurs in the Blouberg Area. Their service is good, play area is big and the view of the Table Mountain is amazing. I would suggest it for parents with small kids.

Really pathetic experience even though it wasnt full the wait for food and then the bill was endless. Waiter did not take order correctly and didnt even apply spur card when asked. Will not be visiting again.

The food was good but the service was shocking. As I arrived and sat down at my table I noticed it was still dirty. I asked the waitress if she could just clean the table, she then came back and handed me a cloth. Not wanting to make a big deal out of it. I cleaned the table and the manager still proceeded to come past and watch with my waitress.This set a standard for the rest of the night as the service continued to be poor.

My daughter was 8 years old last week and as a birthday tradition the two of us always go for her birthday treat, the wait or told me she did not have a birthday voucher even though it clearly shows she's my dependent on my spur profile. They did not go the extra mile to check up on my claim.

Malibu Spur Steak Ranch
Worst spur, we order a kiddies meal for our son. They never brought it. After a while they brought our food but still not my son's kiddies meal. The waiter said she thought we we're still deciding on what we want to get him. We cancelled the kiddies meal and the manager came to give us a free toy. Looking at the bill we were charged for a kiddies meal, never got the meal. We left in a hurry because they where mopping the floors with jik right next to us.
