Speed Services Couriers

Speed Services ..... Or better yet..... No Services. I hate giving negative reviews, but as with anything even remotely run by the state, Speed Services is a total mess. No answer when you call, no working e-tracking, long q's.....Overnight/Next Day deliveries that materialize a week later. I'm sure there must be good people at SS but none that I've dealt with.

Bad bad bad bad u phone and keep on hanging they pick up the phone u hear how the workers laugh and chat with each other until u can't keep on hanging because it cost u money what more can I say. The security at the gate complain the same of we who make use of your service what other clients tell them I sent a parcel last Thursday a week ago from cpt to jagersfontein and it is still not there, what else u wanna know, we waist our money to make use of u

If I could give zero stars, I would. Express delivery parcel took nearly a month. Claimed to have attempted delivery on the 13th, but the parcel was still in JHB sorting office. No one came to deliver anything to my home as I'd have known. Liars

Over a week later and my parcels last scan was the day it was dispatched. No updates whatsoever in over 6 working days. No one answers the phone, the site seems to be down and the tracking on it hasn't worked for ages anyway. Service level similar to that of some home affairs.

I've been waiting for a parcel to be delivered that was ordered on the 25th of January, still has not been delivered on the 19th of April. Honestly just shut down the company.

I last used Speed Services years ago and was always very happy with them. They were my preferred courier. Having had documents sent to me last week, I had received no notifications to say that they had arrived. So I went onto their website, which is either down or the tracking does not work. So I called. I was told they my package was delivered to a different suburb in Cape Town... despite the address being clearly written. They then said they would re-route and I have heard nothing more... I suppose I should just guess that it has arrived.

Absolutly shocking!!!!None of their phone numbers work... no one replies to emails, its like they're a ghost company???Hello?? Hello?? Is there anybody actually working there??

If I had the option I would give you no stars, as per usual another failure in our system. I had a customers parcel sitting in one of your post offices for over 2 weeks with no decency to call the customer or the company, and when my customer called in to find out where is parcel, you flat out lied about it being there. It's disgusting and a big NO THANK YOU from me

I sent documents with your courier on Friday. The documents are for a tender that closes today at 11:00 in Queenstown, Eastern Cape. The documents have still not arrived and your tracking system has been offline since Friday. I paid to ensure delivery on Monday, you did not deliver. To me, that either makes you thieves or fraudsters. Taking money and not delivering on what the client pays for. I will never use your service ever again. Absolutely useless!Update: documents arrived yesterday 30 August. That means it took way over a week to go a few hundred km from Cape Town to the Eastern Cape. Really? Speed services, are you kidding me? Pathetic service. Our company will not be using you again, EVER!
