Had such a disappointing and frustrating experience with them. In my second session, I advised the Psychologist that I only have enough financial resources to pay for a few sessions and perhaps we could spread them out and she could give me tools to do some self work in between meetings. 10 minutes after explaining that I have limited funds, the Psychologist told me that she can't help me in any way as she only caters for long term therapy-this after i drove 45kms one way to see her. They refunded me for the 2nd session, but I wasted R1550 with them on the 1st session. I also explained my frustration to their administrator, and he told me that their version of short-term therapy is between 10-15 sessions min. This means that you need to provision for a min of between R13000 (10 sessions and paying cash) -R23000 (15 sessions paying with medical aid) to receive help. What a way to declare that mental health is reserved for the elite!I would have given them negative ratings if that was an option. Absolutely disgusting way of treating people in need of help.Be sure you have the bank balance to support seeing these people before you make an appointment. Better yet, find a place that actually cares.

Without Nicola ... I don't even know where I would be with everything that has happened this year, If I could give 10 stars I would!! She has guided and helped me to heal when I couldn't even see it being possible! The team is so efficient and helpful and the location and rooms are all very calming. Definitely recommend!!
