Dr Cunningham was so gentle with my cat Harley and so patient with my daughter chitter chattering about our kitties. As well as being fantastic with our furbaby, she also happily took on the care of an injured house snake I rescued the day before and rushed up there

I had a terrible experience with this vet since new ownership has taken over. Specifically with Dr Smith and Dr Cunningham. They claimed operations and extra costs that weren’t necessary as well as messed up an operation that now has to be redone. My family and I have removed all of our pets from this clinic.

A complete blessing, super helpful and super friendly. They assisted me amazingly when I had rushed my rabbit in due to another vets negligence. Dr Smith is a true angle and helped my baby in the best way possible.

Our little willow rabbit went in a day ago and although we were told she had a heart condition and was kept in for observation. She passed away that same day which we were so shocked about. We thought as we were told that she would be given medication which would help her.We were just phoned by the vet telling us she passed away because her heart stopped?? She was perfectly fine a few days ago and she was always a feisty and a fighter her going like this doesnt make sense. We cannot come to terms with our loss, we did not receive the a proper explanation as our vet had to leave and had an emergency. The staff at reception made us wait but there one lady who comforted us Shante. The other lady just ignored us.This whole experience has left us so confused I doubt we will ever go back to this vet ever again.

My dogs are my children which makes it difficult to trust vets. Are they getting the best care; Is their advice correct etc.? However, Dr. Cunningham has always made me feel happy and secure when it comes to the care of my animals. They are always in great hands! Cannot recommend this practice enough!

Oliver was super happy to receive such a thoughtful welcome pack from our new vet who we would highly recommend! Olly and I really appreciate the amazing team and how happy they are to help! ❤(PS: rabbits don't seem to be very compliant when it comes to sitting still for a photo but managed a sneaky one during nap time)
