The worst of the worst!Fist time I took my TV for repairs they lost my remote, the owner promised to get me a new one and will personally deliver it, it never transpired. The TV (JVC) now show Sansui when switched on!Not even a year later TV has the same problem. Took it back to him, pay 80% of the money upfront on 22 Sept 2022, today is the 4th of November.I called and whatsapp on numerous occasions, the only feedback is that they will inform the technician. No updates was provided. The quotation states 5 to 10 working days after payment is received for parts to arrive its been months now. Today I went there to speak to him myself, he is not there. Got him on the phone and rudely tells me the parts comes from China what is he suppose to do... He is arguing with me the client who wants the TV and my money back. He even makes it a racial issue just because I'm colored and he is colored OMG! Never has anyone been this rude to me over my own TV and own money! Still don't have my TV or my money!!!!

Superb and seamless experience, very quick service, fantastic staff. Collected my items, ran the reports and kept me updated throughout the process on email and via phone. Highly recommended.

Terrible service I'll never go there again, the receptionist is not friendly AT ALL, waited a hour for a quote they phoned me about I mean seriously? Don't bother you'll most definitely get the same horrible service.

We have been waiting for a light for a Snomaster fridge since October 2021. No replies on WhatsApp. No communication. Poor service. I wouldn’t recommend using them at all.

Worst place! Kept our TV for a week and did not even have a look at it. After countless phone calls and lies they fed me, 'the technician looked at it', 'the technician will call you back with a quote '... Blaa Blaa Blaa... All lies! After 7days of these lies they finally came clean and said the technician did not look at our TV and we have to come and pick it up. Staff disrespectful, I'm appalled! I do not recommend this place!

Worst experience ever... If I could give zero stars I would. They broke my tv more. Reception has no idea what is going on with tvs. It's going for 2 months now that I am waiting for my tv. I will never use them again and I will never recommend them to anyone.
