Had to change my old review from 4 stars to 1 because the service level has dropped. They are also in the terrible habit of answering their phones “Goldwagen, please hold” and then never getting back to the phone. Wonderful customer service. The Goldwagen on Witkoppen answers their phones and are pleasant to speak to. Worth the extra 5 minute drive.

Called in 3 times to find out if you stock headlight lamps. Call was answered but was put on hold and my call was never taken. Not very nice, I do understand the guys may be busy, but please avoid operating like Eskom. Its frustrating. thanks

Service was bad, eventually once I got through to someone and reserved what I needed it urned out to be the wrong thing. We drove far out of our way to get there and they couldn't even be bothered to check their boxes or information.I believe it stems from a failure to listen to a client's request and just quoting on parts that they happen to have in stock weather it is what you need or not.

Rude staff who need a lesson in the fact that the customer might not always be right but is always king. I spent 15K at a different branch.
