I emailed the store trying to get information, sent photos of the bolts and washers I would like prices on, had to phone to get a response a week later and only got a very vague response, called today 08 March and asked to speak to the sales team to find out how to give the proper information required for pricing and was very disappointed as I was spoken to in a very Rude manner, when I addressed this and asked the gent to speak to me in a proper manner his excuse was that he is very busy at the counter, so by my understanding only the customers standing in front of him is worth his time and patience.
